Casa Marcial
The Manzano family home in La Salgar, now a three-Michelin-star restaurant.
Casa Marcial was opened in 1993 by Nacho Manzano and his sisters in the family's birthplace at La Salgar near Arriondas, where their parents had run a village tavern. The kitchen works with Asturian produce from coast and Picos de Europa and holds three Michelin stars. Accommodation is offered at the family's nearby sister property Narbasu.
