Why we love it
The 3-Michelin-star Restaurant Bareiss is one of Germany's culinary highlights — and it's right in the hotel. No separate trip, no taxi needed.
The "culinary holiday day" as a concept: from the pool bistro from 7am, through the breakfast buffet, to the midnight snack — eating as daily rhythm, not as a service.
The host philosophy of the Bareiss family: "There is no no for the guest." That is not a marketing line — it is an internal culture that runs through the entire hotel.
Two worlds under one roof: the main house for resort life and variety, the Landhaus for retreat and quiet — "an authentic Black Forest idyll away from the hotel operation".

The Hosts
