A working farm in the wine valley, where the kitchen grows what it cooks.
Olivea is not a resort. It is a farm with rooms — a place in the Valle de Guadalupe where the gardens are real, the produce is eaten the same day it is picked, and the pace is set entirely by the land.
Farm-to-table dining where the kitchen garden is steps from the table, and the wine list draws entirely from Valle de Guadalupe producers.
This house is listed, not in the register. We have not yet written its four decisions.
