The Story
Nano Coffee Lab arrived in Palma with the precision of a specialty roaster who has thought carefully about everything — the origin of every bean, the grind setting, the water temperature, the cup.
It feels very CinCin: small, considered, excellent without performing excellence. The kind of place that doesn't need to explain itself because the coffee does that.
