The house

The Rooster was opened in 2021 by Athanasia Comninos on around 30 acres of hillside above Livadia beach on Antiparos. Its 17 suites, villas and houses each have a private garden, pool and outdoor shower. The restaurant works with produce from the resort's farm and fish from local fishermen; there is also a spa with a wellness programme.

This house is listed, not in the register. We have not yet written its four decisions.
