Meneghetti Restaurant & Bar
Meneghetti Restaurant & Bar is the culinary heart of the estate — recommended by the Michelin Guide and awarded three toques in Gault & Millau. The kitchen follows the seasons and whatever the garden, vineyard and sea provide: Istrian produce, the estate's own olive oil, herbs from the bio-garden. From long lunches to quiet evenings, flavour, atmosphere and time move effortlessly together. The estate's own wines are poured by a team that knows every vintage.
Oliveto
Oliveto captures the ease of Mediterranean living — among olive trees and open skies. An al fresco setting for sunlit afternoons, lingering conversations and evenings that unfold at their own pace. A relaxed, season-bound menu meant for sharing, in the shade of the old trees.
Beach Club
The Meneghetti Beach Club brings together the beauty of the Adriatic with the estate's signature sense of ease. The Winery
A dialogue between Istrian land and craft
At the heart of the estate stands the winery — a dialogue between Istrian land and craft. Some 40,000 vines and around 700 olive trees in four varieties run across the hills; from vineyard and olive grove to cellar, each step follows the precision and curiosity of the house.
This work yields thirteen wine labels, olive oils and spirits that speak with clarity of place. The Meneghetti Izbor olive oil was named the world's best in its category by Flos Olei. In the Wine Lounge, set among the vines, wines and oils can be explored through guided tastings.

Spa & Wellness
Restorative rituals of quiet and water
The Meneghetti Spa invites restorative rituals of wellness and quiet. Treatment rooms, a garden spa, saunas and a tranquillity zone settle into the landscape; indoor and outdoor pools extend the day into the water.
Treatments draw on what the estate produces — its own olive oil, grapes, herbs. Those who wish can go further with the house's longevity retreat, which weaves nutrition, movement and rest into a slow, considered rhythm.

Meneghetti sits near Bale, a quiet town in southern Istria, set among vineyards and old olive groves — a secluded corner at the doorstep of the Mediterranean. The pretty coastal town of Rovinj is around 15 minutes away, Pula with its Roman amphitheatre about 25. The estate's own Adriatic beach club is reached by a short transfer. Pula airport is some 30 kilometres off; Trieste and its airport are around an hour and a half away.
