City noise outside, calm within
Behind an unassuming façade in the middle of Bolzano, a large private garden opens up — old trees, loungers, long tables in the green. The city noise stays outside; inside, it is suddenly quiet. That is exactly what makes the Mondschein: a city hotel that feels like a hidden retreat.
In summer the garden becomes a dining room and an open-air bar. Breakfast to birdsong instead of traffic, an aperitivo in the shade of the trees, dinner as the light softens — eating and drinking outdoors in the middle of the city, something rarely found elsewhere in Bolzano.

Mediterranean cooking under Bolzano's trees
Luna is the culinary heart of the house — a modern, light cuisine with Mediterranean influences that puts quality and atmosphere before effect. In summer the table moves outside, under the trees of the garden.
